TECHNICAL SYSTEMS INTEGRATION, INC. (TSI) - is a disabled veteran-owned, small business. TSI specializes in engineering, technical, programmatic support, system integration and integrated logistics support (ILS) for the Department of Defense (DoD) and commercial contractors. Incorporated in 1993, TSI operates four offices: Corporate Headquarters and a division office located in Chesapeake, VA; an on-site office on Naval Station Norfolk; a division office located in Panama City, FL; and a division office located near NAS Patuxent River, MD. Prime AIRBORNE MINE COUNTERMEASURES (AMCM) PERFORMANCE SUPPORT SYSTEM (PSS) LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT The Airborne Mine Countermeasures (AMCM) Performance Support System (PSS) consists of Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM), Computer Based Training (CBT), and Just-in-Time Training(JIT) housed on desktop and laptop computers. The use of the AMCM PSS is critical for the AMCM community to fulfill its operational mission. This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the requirements for updating the Life Cycle Management of the AMCM PSS.

Prime MINE WARFARE TACTICS SUPPORT Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) Littoral Warfare Analysis and Assessment Department, Tactics Branch (Code HA12) is responsible for developing, validating, promulgating, and updating tactical documentation relating to MCM systems for the Fleet in support of the Naval Mine and Anti-Submarine Warfare Command, Corpus Christi (NMAWC, CC). Additionally, coordination with AMCM units is required to accurately assess Fleet requirements and provide feedback to NSWC PCD for task development. Commensurate with these efforts, NSWC PCD provides on-site support for Fleet personnel in the area of operational tactics and tactical training.

Prime MH-60R/S Ship Integration and Shore Facilities Requirements The requirement is to provide Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) to (1) update the FRD, (2) update SASP, and (3) provide Ship Integration Management and Analyst support to implement the U.S. Navy Helicopter CONOPS. The Contractor shall support PMA-299 in the integration of the H-60 aircraft into various Shipboard Combat Systems.
